ANTES DE LAS SESIONES
Para comenzar nuestro trabajo juntas, primero llena el formulario, luego agendamos una llamada de descubrimiento para conocer más a fondo tus necesidades.
DURANTE LAS SESIONES
Durante nuestra sesiones iluminaremos creencias falsas, patrones y hábitos que no te permiten avanzar, crearemos un espacio amoroso, sin juicios y entendimiento.
AL FINALIZAR LAS SESIONES
Después de nuestras sesiones,
espera sentirse conectada con tu sabiduría interior, expandida, cambiada desde tu centro, iluminada y llena de claridad.

Sé cómo te sientes porque he estado ahí, varias veces, más de las que me gustaría admitir.
Pero las experiencias sean ‘buenas’ o ‘no tan deseadas’ siempre traen consigo enseñanzas de vida. El cambio constante - la impermanencia, cómo se le conoce no tan sólo en el Budismo y en muchas otras creencias y filosofías - es algo que nos cuesta adaptarnos pero cuando la aceptamos y nos dejamos llevar, el cambio mismo nos enseña quienes realmente somos.
Llevo muchos años de cambios profundos y transformaciones a nivel emocional, mental, físico, espiritual, personal, profesional y relacional. Pude haberme partido en dos más sin embargo, aprendí a ver los cambios como agentes positivo y decidí abrazarlos en vez de rechazar lo que la vida me traía en puerta. No me arrepiento, al contrario, el cambiar es vivir y evolucionar, estamos fluyendo con la vida misma.
